Technique videos to correct
The problem
To me he’s one of the best online coaches out there. Very professional and very demanding: his method is carefully worked out for every athlete.
And no off-the-shelf tool was up to it. They all made him work their way, not his.
What it does
- His master catalogue. All his exercises in one place, each with its how-to video and a search that finds any of them instantly.
- Everything timed. Every session, every set and every rest. The athlete logs it at the gym and he sees exactly what was done.
- His time, optimised. He opens the panel and knows who to look at first: who’s slipping, who’s stuck and which videos are waiting for feedback.
- Each athlete’s diagnosis. Whether they’re progressing, holding or stuck, at what pace, how consistent they are and their best marks. Plus signals written by AI: “the load feels easy, time to add weight”.
- Videos that fly. The athlete films her technique and it uploads in seconds. In my tests, faster than Instagram. If the connection drops, it picks up where it left off.
- Locked-down videos. They’re stored privately, only the athlete and her coach can see them, and permission is checked every time.
- Voice notes. The athlete says how she feels and it turns into text on its own.
- Nothing extra. If it isn’t part of his method, it isn’t there. Not a single filler screen.
How I built it
I set out to understand his philosophy. I spent months talking to him, watching how he works with his athletes, and we designed it together, screen by screen.
That’s why it’s one of a kind: it reflects his personality and the way he works. It wouldn’t fit any other coach.
The result
The coach and his athletes use them every day: 53 athletes, 2,126 sessions, 256,139 reps and over six and a half million kilos lifted. Plus 1,463 technique videos uploaded for him to correct.

Questions
Who can see the technique videos?
Only the athlete and her coach. They’re stored privately and nobody else can open them.
Can I use it for my business?
No. It’s built to measure for his method and wouldn’t fit anyone else. But if your way of working doesn’t fit any tool, write to me.
Does it use AI?
Yes, to turn voice notes into text and to summarise each session for the coach.
